When it comes to things other than handyman services.
First, we would love to meet you, find out what you are looking for, the goals you have with the project you are considering, and yes, you can provide a description of your project in the form below.
Second, we need to establish a budget, and some cost parameters, we tell people if it is a remodel, to allow extra time and money. Also be forewarned, that it is common for a customer to come out, see what we did with a particular portion of an office/house setting, and want to add more.
Third, we DO NOT fund jobs, so deposits and draw schedules on larger jobs are standard for us. This said, we maybe able to put you in touch with some funding resources if this is needed.
Fourth, we require that the means, material brands, and order of the job stay within our circle of control for several reasons, but these can be discussed. We also at this point establish parameters for vehicle parking, and trailer parking (we use trailers for tool and part storage, as well as transporting materials and demolition debris), and along with this we like to place a yard sign or two, this says we are confident enough in our work, to advertise it to those driving by.
Fifth, we require all potential customers to watch or read our information video on anything other than simple handyman projects. This covers everything from pets, to dump fees, to dust and allergies.
Sixth, we commence with the job, and constantly invite your input, this may get old after a while, and we don’t do it, because we aren’t confident in our work, but rather to establish a co-creative dialog for the project as a whole to make sure you are happy with the outcomes.
Seventh, finally, we reach, a point where the job is complete, goodbyes are said, and we move on.
